Process was issued against the Accused by learned JMFC, 1st Court, Kalyan vide Order dated 06.08.2016 passed below Exh. 1 in O.M.A.No. 114 of 2014 on his complaint for the offences punishable under Sections 430, 452, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. It was set aside by learned Additional Sessions Judge - 6, Kalyan, District - Thane vide Order dated 10.10.2024 passed in Cri. Rev. Appln. No. 130 of 20216. The complaint was also set Anand
