The Court of JMFC, Kalyan has issued process on 06.08.2016 for an offence punishable under Sections 430, 452, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code against in all four accused person. 3.

In fact, the order passed by the revisional court is a revisable order. The revision at the instance of the Complainant will be maintainable. This Court has reason to note that the revision was not preferred by the Complainant but by the accused. 5.
