This matter was called out in the morning session and it was kept in the afternoon session at the request of learned Advocate Ms. Akshada Pasi appearing for the Petitioner, however, in the afternoon session when the matter was called out on two occasions, nobody appeared for the Petitioner.

Learned APP pointed out that the Petitioner in the past had approached this Court for the exactly same reliefs as are prayed in this petition vide Criminal Writ Petition (st) No.21500/2024. A Division Bench of this Court (Coram: Bharati Dangre & Manjusha Deshpande, JJ) vide order dated 14th December 2024 had passed the
LSP 2 11 wp 1751.25.doc following order:
"The learned counsel for the Petitioner has instructions to seek withdrawal of the Writ Petition. Permission granted.
The Petition stands disposed off, as withdrawn". Inspite of this order again the same party has preferred the same petition with the same relief but the previous order dated 14th December 2024 passed in previous petition is not mentioned at all in the petition.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner will have to explain as to why the earlier order in the earlier petition is not referred to in the present petition. Since nobody is appearing today, we are adjourning the matter.
