By this petition, the petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct investigation in C.R. No.355 of 2024 registered with the Azad Maidan Police Station, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and to file a charge-sheet forthwith. N. Ms. Hiwrale, learned APP on instructions states that after registration of the FIR, the police have almost completed their investigation and will be filing an appropriate report, within two weeks from today. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petition and as such all contentions of all parties are kept open. 5.
Stand over to 28th April 2025, for recording compliance of the statement made by the learned APP.
