By this petition, the petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the MIDC Police Station, Mumbai, to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint.

Mr. Konde-Deshmukh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions of API - Mr. Rathod from MIDC Police Station, Mumbai, states that the petitioner's statement will be N. S. Chitnis 1/2

10-wp.1760.2025.doc recorded within one week from today and thereafter FIR will be registered. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.

We make it clear, that we have not gone into the merits of the petitioner's complaint and as such all contentions of all parties are kept open.
