By this petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of investigation of C.R. No.541 of 2024, registered with the Ambad Police Station, Nashik, to any other independent agency. 2.

Learned APP on instructions states, that an appropriate report will be filed by the police within two weeks from today. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned APP, on instructions, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition i.e. seeking transfer of investigation. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
