By this petition, the petitioner seeks registration of an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 29th January 2025. The said complaint is at Exhibit - 'C', on page 13 of the petition. 2.

Learned APP states that the petitioner's complaint has been merged with the ADR and that after investigation, appropriate steps will be taken.
