By this Petition, the Petitioner has sought several prayers including a prayer for registration of an FIR on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this Petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh Petition, if an occasion so arises in future.
