By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No.1-Amboli Police Station to complete the police verification and submit a report to the respondent No.1; a direction to the respondent No.2-Regional Passport Office, to issue a police clearance certificate.

Learned APP on instructions states that the police have sent a police verification report to the respondent No.2. 3.

Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 states that on the basis of the police verification report, appropriate steps will be taken by the respondent No.2, expeditiously. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
