In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition.

Considering what was disclosed to us by the Petitioner, who appears in person, Mr. Satpute states that he will bring the said allegations made by the Petitioner to the notice of Senior Authorities, so that they can take appropriate steps against the concerned Officer. A copy of the Petition be placed before the Deputy Commissioner of Police of the concerned Zone, so as to enable the DCP to take appropriate steps.
