By this Petition, the Petitioner essentially seeks quashing and setting aside of the report dated 26th March 2025 annexed to the Petition at Exhibit 'G'; and also seeks forthwith grant of permission to the Petitioner to perform and conduct the Eid Namaj at August Kranti Maidan on 31st March 2025 or 1st April 2025 from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Considering that the period, for which permission is sought, is already over, nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition.
