By this Petition, the Petitioners essentially seek a direction to the Respondent i.e., High Power Committee (ACB) to decide the Petitioners' complaint dated 15th March 2021 and letter dated 19th March 2021 expeditiously in a time-bound manner. The said complaints have been made by the complainant way back as in March 2021.

Considering the same, without going into the merits of the Petition, we deem it appropriate to direct the Respondent HPC (ACB), Mumbai to decide the Petitioner's complaint dated 15th March 2021 and letter dated 19th March 2021, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within eight weeks, from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
