1) Mr. Tripathi, learned Advocate appearing for Petitioners submitted that, though belatedly, yesterday the Petitioners have deposited the cost of Rs. 1,25,000/- with the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund. He produced on record a photocopy of the bank sleep / transaction receipt issued by the Canara Bank, Fort (Main) Branch, Mumbai, indicating that, the amount of Rs. 1,25,000/- in cash has been deposited in the said bank in the name of Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund. He tendered across the bar a praecipe dated 2nd September 2025, along with bank sleep / transaction receipt issued by the Canara Bank, Fort (Main) 1/2

dtg 3-Wp-1863-2025.doc Branch, Mumbai. The said photocopy is taken on record. 1.1) In view thereof, directions issued vide Order dated 7th August 2025, are complied with.
