By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the EOW to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 23rd December, 2024.

Learned APP Mrs.Shinde, on instructions, states that the petitioner's complaint has been inquired into. She further states that after conducting a preliminary inquiry, the Police have come to the conclusion that no cognizable offence disclosed and accordingly, have closed the said complaint. She states that the said decision dated 5th March, 2025 has been communicated to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned APP, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. 3.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

Needless to state, that it is now open for the petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy as may be available, before the appropriate forum/Court, in accordance with law.

Needless to also state, that we have not gone into the 2/3

petitioner's complaint and the reasons for closure of the petitioner's complaint and as such, all contentions of all parties on merits are kept open.
