Learned 5th JMFC, Kolhapur vide Order dated 29.11.2024 passed below Exh. 15 in Sum. Criminal Case No.2056 of 2022 directed the present Petitioner to deposit 10% of the cheque amount by way of interim compensation. This is under Section 143A of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
