By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks quashing and setting aside of the Look Out Circular (hereinafter for the sake of brevity referred to as "LOC") issued against him, at the behest of Respondent No.1- Police Inspector Upnagar, Police Station, Nashik in C.R. Nos.I139/2024 and I-27-2024, both registered with the Upnagar Police Station, Nashik.

It is not in dispute, that this Court vide order dated 14th December 2024 granted pre-arrest bail to the Petitioner on certain terms and conditions stipulated therein.

In view of the aforesaid, learned APP, on instructions, states that the 'LOC' issued against the Petitioner in both the aforesaid CR's will be withdrawn by the Police within 72 hours from today. Statement accepted.

Needless to state, that the Petitioner shall inform the Upnagar Police Station, Nashik whenever the Petitioner intends to travel overseas, till the filing of the charge-sheet qua him. 5.

Needless to also state, that the Petitioner to furnish his full itinerary i.e. addresses where he would be staying/his contact numbers, in the event, he intends to travel overseas, till the filing of chargesheet, atleast 48 hours prior to his departure and shall also inform the police of his return.

In view of the aforesaid nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition. Petition stands disposed off. 7.
