The present petition has been filed seeking a direction for the expeditious disposal of the appeal, which is currently pending consideration before the Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai. The learned APP, upon receiving instructions, apprises this Court that the Divisional Commissioner has already concluded the hearing of the said appeal. It is further submitted that the matter now stands reserved for pronouncement of the order and the concerned authority is scheduled to pass the final order tomorrow.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
