Ms. Parekh, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that as per the order passed by this Court on 7th April, 2025, she on instructions states that the amount of Rs. 50,000/- is deposited in the bank account of the Respondent No.1. She undertakes to continue to deposit the said amount per month. She further submits that though the Petitioner has served the notice to the Respondent by private mode and had KARTIKEYA

49-WP-1927-2025.odt filed affidavit of service to that effect, yet nobody has caused appearance for the Respondent.

In view of the above, list the matter on 10th July, 2025. 3.

The ad-interim relief granted earlier shall continue to operate till the next date.
