Ms. Parekh, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Criminal Writ Petition. She states that learned Advocate of Respondent No.1 has been served.

The challenge in this Criminal Writ Petition is to the Order dated 15th February 2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.4, Pune below application for dismissal in PWDVA Application No.742/2023 which has been filed seeking dismissal of the case on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction. 4.

However, Ms. Parekh, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, states that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Criminal Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
