Vide order dated 21.4.2025, we had issued notice to the Respondents. Pursuant to the notice, the Respondent Nos.4 & 5 have received service of notice and they are represented by learned Advocate Ms. Tanvi Tapkir. Deshmane(PS)

The Petitioner's daughter is also present before us. She, as of today, is around twenty years of age. The FIR mentions her date of birth as 13.11.2005. According to learned counsel Shri Patil, who represents the Petitioner's daughter, her date of birth according to the Aadhar Card is 13.11.2004. In any case the Petitioner's daughter is an adult as of today. She stated before the Court that she does not want to go back with the Petitioner who is her mother and with her father. The Petitioner and her husband are also present in the Chambers before us.

The Petitioner's daughter, who is an adult, does not want to go back with her parents, but, would rather stay with the Respondent No.5's daughter-in-law Laxmibai. We have noted the Petitioner's daughter's wish in this order. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner's daughter, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.4 & 5 and also learned counsel for the Petitioner jointly make a statement that the learned counsel will sit together and try to find a amicable solution to the dispute between the two families.

Considering this statement, today we are not disposing of this Writ Petition. We are only noting the Petitioner's daughter's wish in this order. The matter be listed for further consideration on 1.7.2025. Till then, as submitted by learned counsel for the contesting parties, they may explore a possibility for finding an amicable solution. 6.
