Mr. Satyanarayan Iyer, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant in Criminal Application No.152 of 2021 and in Criminal Writ Petition No.1945 of 2025 states that he has instructions to withdraw the Criminal Application as well as Criminal Writ Petition with liberty to file proceeding seeking quashing of charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the Criminal Application No.152 of 2021 and Criminal Writ Petition No.1945 of 2025 are allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty as prayed. 3.
