The learned counsel for the Petitioner submit that, an externment order is passed on the basis of the two offences registered against the Petitioner. In the said offences, the Petitioner has been released on bail, in one bail order. It is mentioned that, MCOC charges have been dropped against the Petitioner, but this fact is not considered by the Authority. N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner the externment order passed against the Petitioner is stayed till next date.
