Heard learned Advocate Ms. Joshi for the Petitioner, who is Accused No. 3 and also heard learned Advocate Shri Naphade for the Respondent - Complainant.

Four witnesses are examined on behalf of the Complainant in case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. The present Petitioner has either declined to cross-examine them or said no-cross. 3.

35 Wp-1966-2025.doc examination. According to learned Advocate Mr. Naphade, even that prayer does not consist of recalling all orders by learned Magistrate, the Petitioner is having explanation to offer for this situation. 4.
The other accused before the trial Court have not been joined in this petition. Among them are accused no. 1-Company and accused no. 2, who is husband of the present Petitioner. She claims that they are not on good terms. Both of them need to be joined as party-Respondents. Hence, the Petitioner is directed to join them as Respondent Nos. 3 and 4. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

According to learned Advocate Mr. Naphade, the matter is fixed for hearing the arguments on 03.07.2025. There is a request of learned Advocate Ms. Joshi that let the stay be granted because learned Judge has granted the last chance. The Petitioner is at liberty to make request to the trial Court for granting adjournment.

Additionally, private notice is allowed and service affidavit be filed before the next date. The Petitioner is at liberty to serve the Respondents by electronic mode. The Respondent is at liberty file reply to the office. 7.
Let the matter be kept on 14th July 2025.
