As against this, when the matter has come up before the trial Court on 3rd July 2025, the Complainant filed an Application for pronouncing the order and judgment. Now the trial Court has fixed Satish Sangar 1/2

23-WP-1966-2025.doc the matter on 24th July 2025. In view of that, the ad-interim relief is justified. Till the next date, the trial Court not to proceed with the matter against this Petitioner.
