23rd MARCH 2026 PC:- Mr. Aabad Ponda, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner endeavours to demonstrate that on 16th March 2025 the petitioner was illegally arrested in connection to C. R. No.468 of 2025. 2.

The learned senior counsel for the petitioner has referred to previous orders passed by this Court, in particular, 29th May 2025 and 3rd November 2025 and submits that the Investigating Officer can retrieve the CCTV footage evidence from e-cloud and the CDR may be provided to the petitioner at an appropriate stage, if permissible in law. 3.

However, after arguing for some time, the learned senior counsel for petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to work out his other remedy in law.

Writ Petition No.1980 of 2025 is disposed of with a liberty to him as prayed for on his behalf.
