After hearing the parties, we direct the learned Public Prosecutor to file Affidavit-in-Reply. Learned Public Prosecutor very fairly states that the photographs annexed to Page Nos.43 to 47 will be considered by the Investigating Agency.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted, that these photographs are part of the C.C.T.V. footages captured from the camera installed by a private school outside the gate Satish Sangar

908-WP-1980-2025.odt of the Petitioner's uncle's residence. Learned Public Prosecutor states that the Investigating Agency, in all fairness, shall take steps to seize that footage, and seal from the school under panchnama. The statement is recorded, and accepted. 3.

The reply shall be filed within a period of two weeks from today. The Petitioner is granted liberty to move before the vacation Bench. If, the matter is not listed before the vacation Bench, it shall be listed on 19th June 2025. (S.M.MODAK, J.) (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) Satish Sangar
