Considering the grievance made on behalf of the petitioner, the Learned APP, on instructions of Mr. Rohit Kedar, API Mumbra Police Station, submits that the CCTV footage of Mumbra Police Station and the CCTV footage of the relevant Toll Nakas from Caesar Road, Amboli, Andheri to Mittal ground, near Bohri Kabristan, Mumbra from 15th March 2025 at 00:00 hours to 18th March 2025 at 00:00 hours shall be preserved. Learned APP on instructions also makes a statement that the CDR of the members of the police team as mentioned in the FIR and more particularly, the part of the FIR on Page Digitally signed by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:
