Insofar as prayer clause (a) is concerned, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition, with a request that if in future any event occurs or a fresh cause of action arises relating to prayer clause (a) herein, the Petitioner may avail of a remedy as is permissible in law. 6.

In view of the above statement, and with liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions. 7.
