By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction to the Respondent- Police to register an FIR as against the accused on the basis of Petitioner's online complaint dated 25th August 2024. 2.

Learned APP states that since the Petitioner was arrested in connection with another offence in October 2024, the Petitioner's statement was not recorded. She submits that the Petitioner has not come forward after sending the online complaint. 3.

Having perused the Petition, we find that the Petitioner Suresh 1/2

15-WP-2001-2025.doc has suppressed in the Petition, that she was arrested in October 2024. For suppression of the same, we deem it appropriate to direct the Petitioner to deposit costs of Rs.5,000/- with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa Advocate Aid Fund. Details of the bank account for payment of costs are as under :

At this stage, learned APP states that if the Petitioner comes within one week from today, her statement will be recorded and the same will be taken to its logical end. Statement accepted. 5.

Costs to be paid within two weeks and receipt to be submitted in the Registry.
