It is stated at the Bar that the cognizance of the offence has been taken by the Court concerned and the matter is now fixed for framing of charge.

In that view of the matter, having regard to Rule No.2 (II) (h) under Chapter-I of the the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960 and the subject allocation of this Court, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of remedy that may be available in law for laying challenge to the cognizance or any other further order passed against them in connection to First Information Report No.552 of 2024 lodged on 6th August 2024 with Koparkhairne Police Station.
