This Petition takes exception to the order dated 29th January 2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pimpri, Pune below Exhibit 102 in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.953 of 2015. By the order impugned, the Learned Trial Court has rejected the application filed by the present Petitioner-Husband for alteration of interim maintenance. 2.

It appears that in the main matter the evidence of the Respondentwife, who is the Applicant before the trial court, is already over. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present Petition. However, considering the facts and circumstances, the trial court shall make an endeavour to decide the Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.953 of 2015 as early as possible and in any case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
