Mrs. M. M. Deshmukh, the learned In-Charge Public Prosecutor informs the Court that a proclamation has been issued against the petitioner. However, there is an order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No. 18345 of 2025 titled "Praveen Manik Kadam v. State of Maharashtra & Anr." in which an order of "no coercive steps" has been passed vis-a-vis First Information Report No. 56 of 2025 registered at Lonavala City, Pune Rural District. The aforesaid SLP has been filed to challenge the order dated 15th October 2025 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1495 of 2025.

However, we are of the opinion that the present writ petition should not be heard till the order of proclamation against the petitioner subsists.

On the request of Mr. Satyavrat Joshi, the learned counsel for the petitioner for taking appropriate steps, post the matter on 24th December 2025.
