The reply affidavit filed by the counsel for respondent no.1 is taken on record.

While the petition deserve its hearing upon the reply affidavit being filed by the respondent no.1, by way of interim arrangement, since the learned counsel for the petitioner makes a grievance that he was not able to meet his own son for a considerable period of time, it is mutually agreed that the petitioner shall visit Bhopal on 15th and 16th November 2025, at the residential premises of the respondent no.1, i.e., A-15 Nikhil bungalow Phase 3, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

The petitioner shall visit the aforesaid premises at 10.00 a.m and shall be permitted to be there for three hours, and the same schedule shall be followed even on Sunday.

2/2 6 WP 2055-25.doc Upon the visit, the petitioner shall be permitted to have access to the child to the exclusion of other family members, but only on the aforesaid given address and he shall not take the child out of the house unless accompanied by the mother.

However, it is made clear that no party shall indulge into any photography or videography and it shall be ensured that the child enjoys the company and solace of his father as long as he is there in the premises.

For consideration of the matter on merits, we direct its listing on 26/11/2025.
