By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent - Police to take legal action on the petitioner's written complaint dated 1st April, 2025. The petitioner also seeks Police protection.

As far as Police protection is concerned, it is open for the 1/3
petitioner to approach the Competent Authority empowered to grant Police protection.

As far as the petitioner's complaint dated 1st April, 2025 is concerned, learned APP, on instructions states that since the petitioner did not come for recording his statement, the petitioner's complaint was closed and the decision was communicated to the petitioner. 4.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner disputes the same. He submits that the petitioner was not called for recording his statement. 5.
By that as it may, learned APP states that the petitioner's complaint will be re-opened. Statement accepted. 6.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will approach the concerned Police Station within one week from today for recording of his statement. Statement accepted. 7.
After recording of the statement of the petitioner, the 2/3
Police to take appropriate steps on the basis of the petitioner's statement, in accordance with law.

Petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 9.
All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
