This petition is placed on the board at the instance of the Respondent No.1. He pointed out that, vide the order dated 25.08.2025, he was granted permission to file sur-rejoinder on or before 12.09.2025. However, the learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 submitted that he required time to collect the papers and to prepare the sur-rejoinder on the necessary points. 2.

time to file sur-rejoinder is extended. The Respondent No.1 is present in the Court.

Considering the submissions made by both the parties, period for filing sur-rejoinder is extended up to 01.10.2025. A copy shall be served on the other side.

Today, both, the learned counsel for the Petitioner and for the Respondent No.1 jointly make a statement that, both the parties are willing to explore a possibility of settlement through mediation. This is a very reasonable stand taken by both the parties. Therefore, both the parties are directed to approach the mediation center of this Court on 30.09.2025 at 11:00a.m. The party who is unable to attend the mediation center on that date can appear through the video conferencing, or through their representative or through their lawyers on the first date. Thereafter, the officer in-charge of the mediation center shall appoint a suitable Counselor to make an attempt to bring about the settlement between the parties. The Counselor can consider the request for appearance through the video conferencing.

To enable the mediation process to progress smoothly, we are adjourning the matter to the later date. 6.

Stand over to 25.11.2025.

It is made clear that all contentions of both the parties are left open.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next date before this Court.
