Vide order 17.4.2025, we had issued notice to the Respondents. The office remark shows that due to short time, the notice could not be issued to the Respondent Nos.4 to 6. 2.

Issue fresh notice to the Respondent Nos.4 to 6, returnable on 29.4.2025. The officer in-charge of the Chitalsar police station, Thane shall inform the Respondent Nos.4 to 6 about the next date of listing and shall make a statement to that effect before the Court on the next occasion.
