The learned APP submits that now the charge-sheet has been filed and trial has also commenced. The charge is yet to be framed. The Petitioner can approach the Trial Court and seek quashing of the LOC.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would avail off such remedy. In the event the application 1/2

In view of above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions. Since the Petitioner intends to avail off the remedy for quashing of the LOC before the Trial Court, all contentions are kept open and the withdrawal of this Petition would not be an impediment.
