By this petition, the petitioner seeks return of his mobile phone seized by the police during the investigation of C.R. No.300 of 2022, registered with the Miraj Gramin Police Station, Sangli. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that 169 report was filed qua the petitioner in the aforesaid C.R, however, despite the same, the police have not returned the petitioner's mobile to him. N. S. Chitnis 1/2

Learned APP on telephone instructions of the officer attached to Miraj Gramin Police Station, Sangli, states that the petitioner's mobile phone was sent to the forensic laboratory. 4.

The case is of the year 2022 and till date it appears that the forensic laboratory has not sent the articles including the mobile phone of the petitioner to the police station.

Considering that 169 report is filed qua the petitioner, we direct the concerned Police Station, to ensure that the petitioner's mobile phone is returned back to the petitioner on or before 30th April 2025.

Stand over to 30th April 2025. To be listed at 2:30 p.m. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
