By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction to the Respondent- Police to register an FIR on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 27th November 2024.

Learned APP states that the Petitioner's statement has been recorded and the Petitioner has submitted certain documents which need to be verified. She states that thereafter, the police will take an appropriate decision whether or not to register an FIR, on the basis of the Petitioner's statement/documents.

She further states that the said decision will be taken by the police expeditiously in any event within four weeks and that the said decision taken by the police will be communicated to the Petitioner. Statement accepted.
