Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 26th August, 2025. Notice be issued to Respondent No.4 on both the addresses. 2.
The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1,2 and 3.

The minor daughter of the Petitioner had eloped with Respondent No.4 in 2024, when she was around 17 years and 3 months' old. They got married on 15th April, 2024. After marriage, she left with her husband (Respondent No.4) and is said to be living with her. 4.
This petition has been filed by the biological mother of the girl since her daughter has disconnected herself with the mother and there is no contact of any nature whatsoever for almost 10 months. Her cellphone is switched off. Her husband (Respondent No.4) has also disappeared. 5.
In view of the above, we expect the police officers of the concerned police station where the FIR No.159/2024 has been registered, to interrogate the parents and elicit information. Their cellphone numbers be noted and a close vigil be maintained. The pictures of the missing girl and her husband (Respondent No.4) be published in the newspapers as well as in the electronic media. If required, the permission of the Petitioner be taken. 6.
On the next date in this matter, we expect the concerned police officers to give an updated position of the investigation. In the interregnum, 2/3
if the girl is traced out, liberty to circulate this petition and present her before the Court.

The Petitioner shall cooperate with the police authorities in tendering the photographs of the missing girl along with her husband (Respondent No.4) and any clue that she may get from any of the relatives. 8.
