DATE : 7th March 2026 P.C.:- 1) Ms. Shinde, learned APP on instructions from Additional Superintendent, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune submitted that, the Petitioner has been given benefit of special remission of fifteen months as per the GR dated 13th March, 2024.

1.1) She produced on record a photocopy of the communication dated 6th March, 2026 received by the Public Prosecutor, High Court, Mumbai, signed by the Additional Superintendent, Yerwada Central Prison. The same is taken on record.

3) In view of the above, the prayer of the Petitioner in the Petition is worked out and nothing further survives in the Petition. 4) Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
