We have perused the order dated 5th December, 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in Criminal Revision Application No.13 of 2024, more particularly, paragraphs 10 to 15 of the said order. In the light thereof, we have also perused the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune, below Exh.01 in Criminal M.A. No.2749 of 2019. The said order indicates that the Trial Court is convinced that the Investigating Officer is not obeying the directions of this Court.
