The Petitioner has preferred this Petition invoking the Writ of Habeas Corpus in relation to a lady by the name Ms. Mrunali Anil Ahire. Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are the biological parents of the lady. The Petitioner claims to have married the said lady.

The learned APP prayed for a pass over in order to enable the said lady (Ms. Mrunali Anil Ahire) to address the Court through the virtual mode.

After the said lady appeared online and addressed the Court, both the Petitioner and the Investigating Officer (IO) identified her. The said lady informed us that her date of birth is 6th December, 1993. She is presently residing with her maternal uncle, at the following address : - 4.

At the request of the said lady, her address, which is mentioned above, shall not be disclosed in any form by the registry even after this order is uploaded. Registry shall abide by this direction, scrupulously.

Considering the claim of the Petitioner that the said lady is his wife and must return to him, we posed a question to her during the online proceedings. Her answer was that she has not married the Petitioner, the Petitioner has played some tricks and obtained her signatures on some papers under force, duress, and coercion. She further expressed that she does not wish to accompany him and does not wish to remain in his company.

Considering the above and since the concerned lady is an adult, is residing with her relative of her own free will and desire, this Petition is disposed off.
