The learned APP seeks time to take instructions about the arrest warrant issued on 03.02.2025 against husband of the Petitioner. According to the affidavit filed by the State, the husband of the Petitioner has left Mumbai almost a year ago for his native place at Pachnwad, Jalna. The report to that effect was filed before the learned Magistrate as well. The learned APP shall take instructions about the execution of the warrant issued against the Respondent husband.
