By this petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of MECR No. 04/2015 from the respondent No.5- N.M. Joshi Marg Police Station to any other Police Station. Mrs. Shinde, learned A.P.P, on instructions, states that the police have filed a `B' Summary Report in the said case on 26th March 2025 and that the matter is posted before the learned SQ Pathan 1/2

18-WP-2237-2025.doc Judge tomorrow. She submits that notice has also been issued to the petitioners by the said Judge in the `B' Summary Report filed by the police.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the aforesaid petition seeking transfer of investigation and as such, petition stands disposed of. Needless to state, that we have not gone into the reasons for filing the `B" Summary Report and as such, all contentions of all parties on merits are kept open before the trial court where `B' Summary Report is pending.
