1) Respondent No.2 has lodged the present crime on 4th January 2020 at about 2.15 p.m. for the offence as stated in the First Information Report.
1.1) Now the Respondent No.2 wants to take a somersault and support the Petitioner- accused in withdrawing the said complaint. We were not in agreement with the learned Advocate for the Respondent No.2. 1.2) In view thereof, learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy, as may be permissible under the Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. 1/2
