This Petition is filed for quashing the proceedings arising out of C.R. No.209/2025 registered with Kandivali Police Station, on 21/03/2025, u/s 78, 356(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. As far as section 356(2) is concerned, there was a separate procedure provided, but as far as section 78 is concerned, the investigation is going on.
