Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is seeking a limited and specific relief, namely, a direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the hearing of the application filed by him on 13 March 2025, which pertains to his request for permission to travel abroad. Since the said application has been pending for over a month, the learned trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the application filed by the petitioner and decide it on its own merits and in accordance with the law.
