Learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition, since the petitioner has already availed of the regular parole upto 40 days, as permitted under the Parole Rules. He, however, seeks liberty to file a fresh application for parole again, in case the occasion, so arises.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
