The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is seeking a limited relief by way of a direction to the learned revisional Court to expedite the disposal of Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.67 of 2025, which has been filed by the Page No. 1 of 2 ____________________________________________ 29 April 2025

He further submits that the petitioner, who is 63 years old and a senior citizen is in need of the documents to deal with his flats, meet the impending financial exigencies and has been paying huge monthly instalments towards the loan availed by him. 3.
In view of the pendency of the aforesaid Criminal Miscellaneous Application and considering the advance age of the petitioner, who deserves priority in adjudication of his case, this Court finds it appropriate to request the learned revisional Court to expedite the hearing of the said Miscellaneous Application. The revisional Court is accordingly requested to take up the aforesaid criminal Miscellaneous Application for early hearing and dispose it of expeditiously, on its own merits and in accordance with the law.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
